Quiet atmosphere while remaining accessible to both beaches. The lovely garden setting and the cleanliness of the pool were highlights. The Wi-Fi was inconsistent , somewhat frustrating.

Location close enough to the Big Buddha, the cleanest Asia Pattaya beach, and park facing. Soft bed and exceptionally comfortable room. Nice pool, parking on site.

The unit we got was excellent with fresh bedding, comfy bed, for example. Our accommodation was set in a secluded location just next door to nice garden and cafe, Jomtiem beach and Walking street and other areas.

The air conditioning in my room was loud. Adding to my frustration, I found ants crawling around in my room, a detail that was completely unacceptable. The staff seemed overwhelmed and unresponsive to my concerns, leaving me feeling neglected throughout my visit.

I almost thought about giving this place a decent review, but the noise at night was horrendus, not to mention the shower pressure could barely rinse soap off! After my stay, i expected at least some kind of compensation, but alas, just like the air conditioning, the service was cold and unhelpful. Disappointing, to say the least.

Staying up on the hills was fantastic for our large family! The kids loved the clean swimming pool, and the peace at night was a bonus. Not too far from the beach, so it was easy to hop over for some fun in the sun.

For dads, it would be great to have a family game area.

The beautiful garden was such a peaceful escape, and I could really unwind while enjoying the cozy pool area. Having a lounge chair by the pool and a shaded spot to relax. The only slight downside was that the shower could have had a bit more water pressure, but it didn't take away from my experience at all. 🌺

Loved the outdoor pool for a quick dip, had a good laugh at the kids' club. the massage and billiards helped me unwind. I felt like a VIP with the concierge service. A fun retreat in the bustling city!

Great value for money with a peaceful garden setting, ideal for relaxation away from the hustle and bustle of city life. the outdoor swimming pool and lobby bar were delightful amenities to unwind and enjoy a drink. the attentive staff added a personal touch, making the stay pleasant and comfortable. Location at Phratamnak hill Soi 2 provided a tranquil hillside escape.

All aspects were satisfactory.

The pool area and spacious balcony were great spots to relax, and the great value for money is hard to beat.
